With the Aussie summer upon us, I look for ways to keep the body cool and hydrated. Rummaging through the fridge I found a large piece of watermelon and a few cucumbers that caught my attention. So, I decided to put these ultimate coolers to good use and make a juice with a hint of mint.
Ingredients
- ¼ of a watermelon
- 1 cucumber (peeled)
- A few sprigs of mint
- Water – To blend
Directions
- Blend the ingredients together to make a juice. Add more water if you like your juice a little dilute. Serve chilled.
